Nurture Yourself

A parent’s strength starts with recognizing and tending to their own needs.

As your postpartum doula, I will:

  • Care for your baby and older children so you can take the time-outs you deserve.

  • Help you find your tribe by connecting you with the virtual and in-person groups that align with your interests and needs.

  • Help your loved ones understand how they can best support you.

  • Provide resources for mental health providers & support groups.

  • I will always listen. You can trust me to be the safe space where you can express your feelings and never be judged. I’ve been there. I get it.

“Maria was an absolute godsend during our first week as parents. We came home from the hospital completely clueless, and she quickly helped us find our footing, establish a routine, and, most importantly, feel confident caring for our son. She is incredibly experienced, endlessly reassuring, and a fantastic breastfeeding coach. But what truly sets her apart is her sense of humor. Those first weeks with a newborn can be overwhelming, and Maria always knew how to make us laugh when we needed it the most. She brought not only expertise but warmth, patience, and genuine joy into our home.”
